Stargate Design – Return & Reprint Policy

At Stargate Design, we take great pride in the quality of our custom-printed products. Because each item is produced specifically for you, returns are generally not accepted. However, we stand behind our work and will gladly correct any mistakes made on our end.

Reprint Guarantee for Production Errors

If we make an error during the production or fulfillment process, we will reprint and ship your order at no cost to you.

This includes:

  • Printing that does not match the approved proof

  • Errors in color, layout, or specifications that differ from your final approval

  • Items produced incorrectly based on the approved artwork

  • Incorrect items shipped or shortages caused by us

  • Damage that occurs before the package reaches the carrier

To request a reprint, please notify us within 7 business days of delivery and provide the following:

  • Order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos showing the error (if applicable)

Once verified, we will begin reprinting your order immediately.

Customer-Provided Errors

Stargate Design is not responsible for:

  • Typos, artwork mistakes, or incorrect specifications provided by the customer

  • Design or content errors present on the proof that was approved

  • Low-resolution images provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by incorrect shipping information

If a new order is needed due to customer error, it will be treated as a new purchase.

Color Disclaimer

Colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen calibration and printing processes. These minor variations are not considered production errors.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are custom printed, we do not accept physical returns unless specifically requested by Stargate Design for quality review.
