Stargate Design – Shipping Policy
At Stargate Design, every order is custom produced and packaged with care. Below is our full shipping policy, including timelines, shipping charges, and what happens in the event of an error.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.
We do not offer free shipping at this time.
Production & Processing Time
Because all products are custom printed, production times vary by item.
Typical production time is 5–10 business days after proof approval unless otherwise specified.
Rush production may be available for select items; please contact us for availability and rates.
Shipping Methods
We ship using major carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
Tracking information will be provided to you when your order ships.
Shipping Errors (Our Mistake)
If we ship your order to the wrong address due to our error, we will reship your order at no cost to you.
This includes:

Incorrect address entered by Stargate Design

Mis-labeled packages

Shipments sent to the wrong customer or location
Once we confirm the error, your replacement shipment will be prioritized.
Customer-Provided Address Errors
Stargate Design is not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, including:

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Missing suite or apartment numbers

Customer-requested address changes after shipment
If reshipment is required due to customer error, new shipping charges will apply.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, natural events, or other circumstances outside our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days with photos so we can assist with a claim.
If the carrier confirms a package as “lost,” we will work with you to determine the best solution based on your order type and timeline.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for certain products.
Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
